Teleauora and Airspan strengthen UK partnership to deliver next gen Fixed Wireless Access connectivity to underserved communities
London, United Kingdom – 23 December 2025 – Teleauora has announced a strengthened collaboration and close working partnership with Airspan Networks, marking a significant step forward in the delivery of their award-winning, innovative Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) solution across underserved locations in the UK.
As part of this partnership, Airspan will provide Teleauora with its latest Air5G 7200 mmWave radio equipment, enabling the deployment of high-capacity, high-performance Fixed Wireless networks tailored to challenging and hard-to-reach environments. The solution will underpin a series of identified sites across the UK where reliable, high-speed connectivity has historically been limited or unavailable.
Teleauora’s approach combines carrier-grade network design with impressive rapid deployment capabilities. This ensures communities and businesses can benefit from enterprise-level connectivity without the delays and constraints often associated with traditional fibre rollouts. Airspan’s mmWave technology complements this strategy by delivering gigabit speeds, low latency, and scalable performance, even in complex deployment scenarios.
“This collaboration with Airspan is a strong alignment of our shared values around innovation, performance and inclusion – and we’re really looking forward to it,” said Teleauora’s CEO, Grant Smith.
“By integrating Airspan’s latest mmWave technology into our Fixed Wireless Access solution, we can accelerate the delivery of resilient, future-ready connectivity to areas that have long been overlooked.”
Chief Sales Officer at Airspan, Henrik Smith-Petersen said
“Teleauora’s focus on underserved markets, and its agile deployment model make it an ideal partner. The Air5G 7200 mmWave platform is designed to support exactly these kinds of high-impact use cases, enabling fast, reliable broadband.”
“As a UK-founded business ourselves, we’re really proud to support newcomers like Teleauora, who are set to make a huge difference using their innovative combination of technology to deliver connectivity in these underserved regions.”
The partnership reinforces both companies’ commitment to bringing reliable, gigabit speed connectivity to the UK, supporting regional growth, business resilience, and community access to modern digital services. Further site announcements and deployments under the partnership are expected to be released in first half 2026.
