From special forces to 5G frontline – Daniel joins us as Head of Service Delivery

Teleauora is proud to announce the appointment of Daniel Booth as Head of Service Delivery, marking a significant step in the company’s global network expansion.
While Daniel’s journey into telecommunications began only a few years ago, his rise has been nothing short of extraordinary. A proven leader with a background as a Special Forces Commando in the Australian Defence Force, Daniel brings a rare combination of discipline, precision, and strategic insight to the world of network delivery and operations.
After completing five years of military service, Daniel transitioned to the finance sector, where he refined his client management and analytical skills - experience that laid the foundation for his sharp business acumen. His return to the military for a second five-year tenure in special operations further strengthened his leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving under pressure - traits that now define his management style in the fast-paced telecom sector.
Daniel’s leap into telecommunications saw him take on the role of Project Coordinator for Enterprise Networks, where he quickly established himself as a key figure in the development of Australia’s 5G mmWave Fixed Wireless Access technology solution. His ability to bridge technical execution with strategic delivery has earned him recognition as a rising leader.
In his new role at Teleauora, Daniel will lead the deployment of advanced networks across the UK, overseeing large-scale service delivery operations and ensuring seamless integration of next-generation connectivity solutions. His focus will be on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and the continued evolution of Teleauora’s delivery frameworks.
“Telecommunications is an industry that never stands still,” says Daniel.
“What excites me most is the opportunity to combine the precision and teamwork I learned in the military with the innovation and collaboration that drives this technology-fuelled sector forward. Moving to the UK and helping build Teleauora’s next chapter is an incredible honour.”
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from the University of New England and is currently completing a Master of Applied Finance at the University of Sydney.
